Booking & Cancellation Policy
With all the treatments we offer in the clinic, clients lifestyle, food habits, exercise and skin care routine can affect the process of the treatment. We often get asked how many sessions will I need? How quick will it work? the answer will vary from person to person and sometimes we have to adapt the treatment whilst you work on your lifestyle or diet etc.
We also recommend a consultation forum to discuss your needs, wants and put together a realistic plan for you. This can be done on the telephone although we do really prefer a face to face consultation so that we can analyse the condition for the treatment. Consultations can be booked through our booking system. We look forward to meeting you.

Deposits for treatments
Gift vouchers may be used against any treatment or product, and are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Temperature checks will be taken on the client entering the clinic, and hand sanitiser provided. If the temperature reading is outside of the normal safe range, the appointment will be cancelled. This will not affect any deposits paid, and there will be no loss of treatment if part of a course.
If you feel unwell on the day of your treatment, please call the clinic immediately.
The terms and conditions set out in our policies have been done so to ensure the best resources are available to our clients and to minimise any risk to Nue Clinic.
Here at Nue Clinic, we provide the highest level of treatments, all provided by qualified therapists. We will not offer refunds on treatments, but will take any concerns you may have seriously.
Any full priced product purchased that is returned unopened may be refunded. We do not offer refunds on opened products or discounted items.
Any packages that have been paid in full and part used will not be eligible for a refund, but may be used towards any other treatment and/or product.
Any treatment or course already paid for will not be refunded due to Covid-19. All treatments and courses will be honoured.
All clients will be asked to fill out consultation and consent forms prior to any appointment. Where possible, these will be sent electronically by SMS or Email for you to fill out before arriving at the clinic.
